(July 27, 2022, 8:37 pm)I was looking for some help with an older ResMed CPAP unit to get an Compliance Report for my Texas CDL Medical Certification. I called and spoke with an associate that said if I came into their New Braunfels store, they would try to capture the device info and produce the needed support.
They were able in minutes to download the data, convert it into report form and quickly gave me a print out of the report.
Outstanding Customer Service to a client who had never used their services before!!!
I highly recommend this team to anyone that needs equipment, parts, and services for their CPAP devices.

On top of that, they were very personable and attentive of my needs. I will be buying all of my CPAP supplies from them in the future and highly recommend them compared to others in the area that I have heard (from father in law) were terrible to deal with!
