They were clear in their communication and took immediate action while still very professional and polite. If EMT's were ranked on bedside manner I'd totally give these guys a 10/10! Their confidence and surety in their actions made me think we're all in good hands here. Thanks for responding so awesomely! I appreciate these folks being there to help us!
