“April at The Barber Parlor was simply fantastic. I had never been to a barber before as a 33 year old man, and I was a bit apprehensive with all the movie stereotypes. April was professional, and her shop was pristine and is the definition of a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She immediately offered me a drink upon arrival, didn't leave a single sign of razor burn, and her skills were simply top-notch. I personally have never had a beard razor trim or head shave with a straight razor, and I feel like I look the best I could possibly be. And this was all the day before my wedding too! I highly recommend this business to any man looking for a trim, haircut, head shave, and more. She even colored my beard and had it matching perfectly. Plus her waxing skills were excellent, and I didn't feel a thing with the eyebrows or ears! “I was so impressed with the service at body works. There are a lot of shops who can fix a dent or paint your car but the level of communication and customer service here was really world class. Even while there wasn't a real update and they were waiting on some parts to come in to fix my Lexus I still got a call every couple of days giving me a status. I never really had to chase them to get information and that's pretty uncommon. After I picked up my car I found a small issue and went back by the shop. They immediately made a plan with me to take care of it at my convenience. No questions asked. Another example of a customer-centric attitude that I really appreciate.
