  It's a quality lumber yard, and certainly the best of the two locations. Complaints about lumber quality are undoubtedly people who don't understand the difference between craft material and construction material. What's here is construction material, meaning it's not going to look like it's been sanded, polished, and straightened. This place has materials to build a home, not a luxury dinner table.
  
  The employees are excellent, and the business is ran by honest patriots. Anyone who says otherwise is just trying to slight the company for petty reasons. They will go to great lengths to right any wrong made on their part, and they honor their agreements. The complaints I've seen saying otherwise were likely overbearing customers who couldn't tell you the difference between a 2x4 and an astragal.
  
  Remember folks, this is a construction lumber yard, not Lowes.

  Sterling had helped me over the phone a while ago, to find some siding that literally no one else in this town had. He located what I needed in a very short time and was incredibly helpful through the process. Today, I went in and Andrew helped me out, he took his time to listen to what I needed and helped me find the right product for the job. 10/10 guys, would recommend 84 lumber to anyone. They’ve probably got what you need.
