Now they may mot have the biggest store or the newest gizmos in stock, but they have something far more important and priceless...Customer service. The young men who work there are profesional, friendly and above all else helpful. When the blue or orange store treats you badly, just dust off your cloke and head to Craggs.

Great selection and less crowded than Big Box stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I stopped in today for an item everyone is out of . Matt was very helpful even though his store didn't have what I wanted. He was extremely polite and explained to me that the item I wanted had been on back order for sometime , but he was hoping to have some soon. Instead of just letting walk out, he suggested an alternate direction which I didn't take, but after having stopped at 4 different retailers, he was the only person who tried to help me resolve my issue.
