“I love Club Pilates. The instructors are amazing and I love how there are different levels and how there is such variety in the types of classes. Each instructor has his/her own style within the general Pilates method so it is never boring. You can start at any fitness level and the instructors help you adapt sessions depending on any physical limitations, accounting for health conditions. I have ongoing problems with my low back and I feel Pilates is helping me get stronger with less flare ups.
