The office was cleaned and had a fresh clean smell and nice appeal. The staff was so informative about Tax Credit & so many other things. I would never think these apartments were for low income people. The manager REALLY cares about his property. Wish I could have lived here.”

“We found Gruene Estate when looking for an outdoor venue near where I grew up, and after watching the video and looking through all of the pictures, we kept talking about it. We finally decided to take a trip to look at the venue in person and fell in love. The property is spacious but felt intimate for our 60 person wedding. The staff is professional and incredibly helpful and communicative. We loved the coordinators they connected us with and felt like our wedding was pretty perfect here. “Michelle is such a great host and was super accommodating with an early check-in request. We loved the little guide book that they had in the house that gave great recommendations for nearby activities, groceries, and restaurants. The location is perfect with plenty to do nearby and is close enough to San Antonio for a day in the city. Even though there are multiple rental properties on-site, you still feel super secluded and can enjoy some quiet time. Our dog loved the house and running around the property taking in all the fresh air! The house itself is so clean with up-to-date appliances and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was perfect, I think we used it at least once every day of our stay! We love this place and will definitely be back many more times!!”
