“This is a hidden gem among local businesses in the Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX area. The owner is very kind and helpful. If she didn't have something in stock she tries to help get it. They have a wide variety of items for men, women, and children. As well as home goods and accessories. I purchased some nail kits called Dusti Rhoads. She explained how they work and I thought I'd take a chance. I am not big on going and sitting for a manicure anymore, but enjoy having my nails look great. These did the trick. The owner was right about these so much that I have gone back and purchased more! They are true nail art! Nail landscapes is a good description. I will def be going back...again and again.”

“Walked over from the TA this morning (12-13-2022) to get a breakfast burrito. The smell was intoxicating and the local Latino community was lined up in front of me to order, I lived in Arizona long enough to know this was a good sign. I ordered two chorizo burritos because I wanted to have one left for tomorrow. I was a little surprised by the price (almost $20.00) but I don’t eat out often so maybe things have changed. They allow you to tell them what’s in the burrito rather than just a standard which was nice. I was more than happy when I grabbed the bag and felt the weight once they were done. I got the salsa verde and walked balk to my truck to eat. OMG!!! The burrito was fantastic and the salsa verde was even better. I drive all over the country and very few places understand that even green sauce should be spicy but they nailed it here. I will never go past this place without stopping unless I absolutely have to.”

“Donna is a miracle worker! She did my hair and makeup for my engagement pictures. She took my vintage vision and took it to the next level. She was was able to give me two distinct looks - one look was short hair, and mid way through the session, I pulled the pins out and had a long haired look. My makeup was flawless and lasted in the texas heat for hours and was still spot on for my date that night. She’s talented, professional, and so creative. You cannot go wrong with Donna.”

“Very crowded, which makes a great antiques store! So many nooks and crannies filled with all sorts of treasures to unearth. The employees were very knowledgeable and kind and had a ton of fun stories about some of the items. There was even a working rotary phone I would have snatched up if I had a landline (lol). Definitely will be back, and highly recommend this is you're looking for a good treasure hunt!”

“A group of us stayed at Canyon Lake Retreat. There were deer at this location every night! In the mornings it was very relaxing. We also made s'mores at night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was fully stocked. The house also had extra bedding and pillows to make you more relaxed. There are a lot of activities to do in the area. Guadalupe State Park is great for camping, kayaking, hiking, and swimming. Overall, this is a great, quiet location to stay at while on vacation.”

“My son is new to Mathnasium, but the our local Mathnasium center director, Randy, as well as the instructors has made the experience fun for my son. He was really apprehensive about going to Mathnasium, but seems to somewhat be enjoying his time there. The other day he surprised me and said he didn’t need help with his math homework, which is a first! Im just grateful that Mathnasium is giving him some confidence back. I tell his friends parents about Mathnasium all the time, because so many other classmates of his are also struggling.”

“We stayed at the Air Haus and loved it! Upstairs is nicely done and accommodates 3 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. Downstairs has 5 bunk beds and a separate bathroom. Ac blows cold. Decks have many places to sit and relax with easy access to the water. It was so peaceful we are planning to book for family get together.”
