“I called 3-4 contractors to give me an estimate on painting my exterior. When Bob fm Rooftop came by to talk about the estimate, I mentioned I was interested in new gutters and a few front windows and he was able to take care of all them. Within three weeks I had my exterior repaired and painted. Great Job. Soon after he had the gutters installed. With some miscommunication with the gutter installers, Bob had them out the next day completing my expectations. Great Job! The windows came in earlier then expected and were installed without any problems. We get so many compliments on the job from Rooftop. Bob and all the contractors were very polite and professional. “Great dive bar and grill. They didn't have liveusic on the night we visited but I could see this place really rocking. We had burgers and fries which were thick and very flavorful. The toasted buns always make a burger a little bit better! The crinkle cut fries and tater tots were super yummy also! Definently plan to go back but probably wait until there's a band playing.”

“We found Gruene Estate when looking for an outdoor venue near where I grew up, and after watching the video and looking through all of the pictures, we kept talking about it. We finally decided to take a trip to look at the venue in person and fell in love. The property is spacious but felt intimate for our 60 person wedding. The staff is professional and incredibly helpful and communicative. We loved the coordinators they connected us with and felt like our wedding was pretty perfect here. Melinde helped connect us with local vendors and she even helped us design our reception layout and helped with set up. We loved having our special day at such a special location!”

“*edit I added a star and I'm updating my review due to the customer service I received from Starbucks corporate office. They reached out to me and apologized for the service I got and also sent me a gift card to come back to Starbucks for a better experience which I'm sure it will be. Our drinks were missing quite a bit of drink. I thought Starbucks may have started giving you less like so many other companies are doing these days. I watched other drinks coming out and about half the frappuccinos I saw go out were like ours about half were actually full. I went up to the counter to ask for a cup of water and waited several minutes to be acknowledged. Pretty much every employee looked at me standing there and not one could bother to acknowledge me. One young lady was just standing around and looked at me at least three times. It was busy and I understand having to wait a minute or so for someone to help but basic customer service dictates that you tell a customer someone will be with them in just a moment, you don't look at them repeatedly and act like they are not there. The included picture was taken before either of us took a drink as you can see this was definitely a shortchange on my drinks.”

“We’ve been renting our office space since 2019 and the new owners are great! They really care about the appearance of the buildings and parking lot, making sure there’s no trash or debris. They check in with us occasionally to make sure things are ok. Any issues we had that they inherited from previous owner were addressed immediately. They’ve even installed fire extinguishers!”

“We buy season passes every year and it's worth it. However, since there was a change of ownership, there are noticeable changes. Definitely more security and fences than before. Had one bad experience with one of the employees that checks the bag before entering the park. He did not give my 13 year old directions on where to go next and yelled at her when she didn't read his mind to know where to go and he was rude to my fiancé when he tried to understand what was wrong. But that's only one bad apple. Other than that, the rides are fun and there is always something around to get wet and cool off between rides.”
