“I LOVE IT HERE. Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Forney, TX never disappoints! I travel frequently for work and this one by far exceeds the others. Ronnie and the front desk staff consistently go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and recognized. The rooms are large, with plenty of storage space in both the bathroom and bedroom. The entire facility is well maintained and not only looks clean, but FEELS clean. One thing I love in particular, that is unique to other hotels - their beds include both soft and firm pillow options to accommodate your comfort preference! The beds themselves I always sleep so well in. I always look forward to visiting as I know my stay will be a great one! Thank you Ronnie and team for always providing an exceptional experience!”

Due to the nature of loading all that pipe it takes time and limitations to parking area, if there are trucks ahead of you all you can do is wait but they give it their best to get you moving. “Simply amazing. in the dead middle of the night after having to leave another hotel site to it being infested with spiders, the Marriott took myself and my 2 friends in. The last in the front was absolutely perfect. She was sweet. She got us checked in and to our room super fast. The next morning when we came down for breakfast before our event, they were so welcoming and pleasant. They made our stay there feel so nice. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with Toiletries. The ac was ice cold. It was an overall great stay.”

“Discovered hot water heater was leaking on Sunday July 4. Called numerous plumbers on Monday July 5, including ones I used before, and either got voice mail or mailbox full notices. Called All Right Plumbing and actually got an answer. I sent him a picture of the water heater and he had it in stock. Also said he could replace it that morning. The time from initial call to the time I had a newly installed water heater was less than 2 hours on an observed holiday. I couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely continue to use.”

“Our carbon monoxide detectors starting going off at 4:00am. We went outside and called the fire department. They came quickly. They tested the levels. They were very professional and understanding when it turned out it was just the batteries. On a new house! Please remember to check your batteries everybody, new or old house!! “I have not had a chance to use this business yet. I called several companies and could not get any pricing or real information over the phone. Everyone wanted to come out and do a free estimate. Normally that would be fine but this is a rental house that is located in another state so I do not have the luxury of having several people give me an estimate and I did not want to inconvenience the renter. I called Pest Force and spoke to Cyndy, she was very nice, very professional and gave me all the information I needed. I was also able to schedule service for the next day which is tomorrow. They did not have to go out to give me an estimate as she gave me that information over the phone. I was able to schedule right then and there and also signed up for their quarterly service. Since I have not had the service this review is based completely on my interaction with Cyndy. I am hopeful and confident that all the other employees are as nice and efficient as she was. For right now I'm giving them five stars. if anything changes I will update my review. I'm sure that they will do a great job.”
