April was professional, and her shop was pristine and is the definition of a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She immediately offered me a drink upon arrival, didn't leave a single sign of razor burn, and her skills were simply top-notch. I personally have never had a beard razor trim or head shave with a straight razor, and I feel like I look the best I could possibly be. And this was all the day before my wedding too! Plus her waxing skills were excellent, and I didn't feel a thing with the eyebrows or ears! “I was so impressed with the service at body works. There are a lot of shops who can fix a dent or paint your car but the level of communication and customer service here was really world class. Even while there wasn't a real update and they were waiting on some parts to come in to fix my Lexus I still got a call every couple of days giving me a status. I never really had to chase them to get information and that's pretty uncommon. After I picked up my car I found a small issue and went back by the shop. They immediately made a plan with me to take care of it at my convenience. No questions asked. Another example of a customer-centric attitude that I really appreciate. “I love Club Pilates. The instructors are amazing and I love how there are different levels and how there is such variety in the types of classes. Each instructor has his/her own style within the general Pilates method so it is never boring. You can start at any fitness level and the instructors help you adapt sessions depending on any physical limitations, accounting for health conditions. I have ongoing problems with my low back and I feel Pilates is helping me get stronger with less flare ups.
