Savoye

My fiance and I moved to Dallas from Indiana and moved into Savoye. We have lived at Savoye for just under 2 years before building a home and I cannot ay enough good about Savoye! It is in the middle of a beautiful park with great area to walk, run and take your pets and always felt very safe. The residents and staff were very friendly and the apartment itself was great value! Within walking distance of a Tom Thumb, Target and Kroger which was very convenient. This is the perfect 15ish min distance from downtown giving you plenty of choice of activities without the traffic and noise of actually living downtown. To anyone on the fence - I highly recommend!

This place is a little more upscale than my usual apartment, but the thing I was most impressed with was the prompt and appropriate attention to maintenance requests. The location is really nice for the park and jogging trail. The amenities are nice with the pool and grills and shared spaces. This is a great place for single people, as there are frequent events in the park and in Savoye. We didn't hear noise much from nextdoor neighbors, but we did hear it from above and below. We did smell weed more than a couple times. Lots of dogs always around. Parcel pending packages are frequently misdelivered. Just be aware things get crazy in December with the Christmas lights at the park, but it really is beautiful. One thing to note: One time, we had strangers waltz into our apartment, as the office must have mistakenly given prospective tenants our door code, which they wouldn't admit, and that was a pretty big breach of privacy and tenant rights. However, overall, we were pretty happy here.

My living experience has been superb! I really enjoy the gym and Ryan is always so pleasant when I need to come to the office for something. I will definitely be renewing!

This is a great place to live. We really enjoyed our time here at Savoye and had a great experience living here. They are very good with maintenance issues. There’s nothing better than having a park with trails in your backyard. I would recommend anyone to live here that’s looking for a nice place to live with a view! The leasing office is very efficient with the request that you have. Highly recommended. We’re going to miss our view so much. Love Vitruvian park!
