I have been going to her class for a little over a year and have lost 100lbs. Love the environment everyone is very welcoming and we have become a very close family!! Come and join us!!

This instructor will NOT let you give up on your weight loss goals. Her classes include ❌co Latin by Jackie, Regular Zumba classes, Zumba Classes with Weight lifting, Flexi-Bar and much more! She is always introducing new fun ways to exercise. Our Certified instructor is also one of the best Head Coaches in the DFW. I am beyond blessed to have found this location.

(August 30, 2016, 9:55 pm)Stopped by with a friend and had a BLAST! This class offers more than just dance, it has a variety of work outs, and even boxing. On certain days, women can wear heels to work out to help tone legs. Stop by and give it a chance. The Certified instructor welcomes anyone!
