I cannot recommend Dr. Kasper enough. I have been to many dentists and she is by far the best. She makes you feel comfortable by letting you know what the plan is and she let's you know what to expect the whole way through the process. I have a very very low pain tolerance and I literally feel no pain even when she does the numbing shot. She always gets you out at the time she says and always does an amazing job! Also, her office manager, Gracie is fantastic, friendly and very helpful! Adam, her dental assistant, is fun and helps you be as comfortable as you can for the procedures.
I have been fulfilling all of my dental needs with Dr. Kasper and those in her practice for over a decade. She is a consummate professional; knowledgeable, dedicated, honest, and fully invested in the well-being of her patients.
Late start, excellent experience.
At my last appointment, Dr. Kasper was running late from a previous patient. Now, I like to know that if there's a problem with a procedure, the doctor is going to take the time necessary to get it done right. This occasion, I was on the giving side of that experience.
I was offered a postponement or a new appointment as soon as it was apparent things were running late. I took the postponement, as I was able to. I know it's always a frustration for things to take longer than expected. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. They kept me informed about timing and got me settled as soon as possible.
Also, once I got settled in, it was one of my best dental experiences. Quick and painless, literally.
Highly recommend. Assistant was great and detailed with what she was doing. Dr. Kasper was very nice. She is gentle and makes your visit less scary. Veronica the hygienist was kind, makes your appointment enjoyable. Front desk are VERY friendly and welcoming.
I got to say that Dr. Kasper and her staff have been such a blessing for me and my family. She has been taken care of my mom and dad, my in laws, my brothers and sisters and now to my small children. I love how she genuinely cares for her patients well being and is not concern only with money. She gives me plenty of time when I come to see her and I never feel rushed like I have felt in other places. The Staff is so cordial and thorough, they make you feel like you are part of their family. I recommend this office to everyone who likes to feel well taken care of. When you walk in they greed you by your name and always are attentive to your needs. Wonderful Place!
