(January 17, 2020, 9:05 am)Had an experience that was not great with EDC this, however, Adam (a manager) called to follow up on the situation on his own accord. From that point forward my experience went from less than expected to the best customer service experience. I appreciate when someone follows through and delivers. I would recommend EDC for anyone in the future. If you have an issue, call and speak with management to get it resolved—they are committed to getting it right.

(August 28, 2019, 5:27 pm)5 stars for scheduling and on time delivery. Communication by phone, text was great. The office called the day before to schedule delivery, which was followed a few hours later by an automated phone call and a text message to confirm, then the driver called 20 minutes before coming.
3 stars for not using shoe covering when entering the house. I've had other white glove delivery services that used shoe covering when entering the house. This is not a big issue, but I would prefer the use of shoe covering. The delivery persons were courteous and efficient.
