  I ordered a t-shirt to see if I would like the quality as I plan on ordering in bulk and the t-shirt was delivered rather quickly, and I was especially impressed because it was during the holiday season! I was fortunate enough to work with Kendra who was great throughout the entire process! Already looking forward to making new orders!

  Ashlyn H. was great! She really listened to what I was wanting and made it all come to life. She's super patient and will not make you feel rushed and will work with you! She's amazing! Def coming back in case another event comes up!

  Always reliable and willing to work with your needs and budget. Very helpful local Custom Ink team in Carrollton makes it so easy to order and they really take great care of customers and as always exceptional customer services. May be price is a bit higher but worth it! Cheers to the team!!

  This is the second year I have used them to make shirts for my staff. Kendra and Amanda were very helpful and friendly. They take my crazy ideas and make it happen. Same experience with on line staff.

  Great experience overall except I got my wires crossed with the store representative on how true to size the shirts I bought were. I was buying 11 shirts for an upcoming bachelor party. When they arrived, less than one week prior to needing them, they fit much smaller than anticipated. I immediately called customer service and spoke with John Randell. He was so helpful. He made sure I would get the new shirts in time and placed an order for replacements. Hopefully I get the new ones on time but given the responsiveness and ability to help me out through this process I give them 5 stars!!!!
