Don't be fooled by these bad reviews! Dr. Chang is an incredible doctor who truly cares for his patients. Most doctors charge their patients for questions outside the clinic, but Dr. Chang's staff was able to relay my questions and follow up with me ASAP. That's what I call a dedicated doctor!

My family recently moved here from Michigan and I needed to find a Doctor for my parents. We were referred to Dr. Chang. The receptionists and nurses were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Chang was very courteous and professional towards my parents. We are Blessed to have found Dr. Chang. We will recommend Dr. Chang to everyone.

I have been taking my mom to see Dr. Chang for at least 20 years. he also saw my late father. We have followed him from Arlington, to Irving, to Carrolton. He is nothing short of amazing, compassionate, a great listener and genuinely concerned with the care of his patients. His staff has had a lot of turn overs throughout the years but I or my mom have not experienced any disrespect from any of his staff. It is a predominately Korean staff, because Dr. Chang sees many Korean patients. My mom and I are not Korean and we are treated with respect and professionalism.
Dr.Chang listens to all of our concerns and is very thorough in trying to find a solution to medical issues. He thoroughly discusses options and results. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. He is a very professional, compassionate, Christian, and highly intelligent doctor.

Receptionists/nurses were friendly and helpful and doctor was above amazing. You could tell he honestly cares for you and spends the time to talk about your symptoms and help you out. Doctors I’ve been to before are in and out after ten minutes but he genuinely cared and helped so much and explained everything. Would 100% go back and recommend to all my friends.
