Hi, I called the location Looking to find The location on Nelt line, He was very helpful take the time to make sure I knew where I was going I asked him if he had a certain unit available and the sizes in he was very helpful again he went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were taken care of I called again because I got lost and he took the time to help me grateful for that. I came in to look at the units he was very helpful I looked at 2 different sizes and he was just the bomb great customer service very pleasant very helpful when above and beyond his name is William I asked him what his name was. William I thank you for taking your time to help me to find a unit that I needed to store my items thank you for your customer service thank you for going above and beyond. In this time in day that we are living in with the pandemic and so many lives have been gone it is so nice to see that there is still good people in the world that takes their job very seriously and make sure that the customers that walk in the door was taking care of job well done William the location in Carrollton on belt line thank you very much for your outstanding customer service.
