Even before I was his patient, he provided a referral to a specialist for a recurring eye condition. Others would have required an appointment, charged me for office visit to provide the referral but he did not.
He is very professional and after he evaluated my vision needs, assisted in picking suitable Eyewear and reviewed the insurance discounts to provide additional savings to me. I highly recommend this doctor and even if you have to travel a little out of your way, I am sure you will be happy with the dictor. -

(March 2, 2015, 6:35 pm)Quick and friendly. I hate seeing the eye doctor because they always tell me that my eyes are getting worse. Dr. Phan and his staff were friendly and professional. That answered all my questions. Dr. Phan was thorough in his exam and got my vision cost again. It's been 3 years since my last exam but now that I've found a good Dr, I won't wait as long between visits.

(September 5, 2013, 11:42 pm)Dr. Phan is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable, caring and takes his time with his patients He really knows his stuff and does what is best for his patient. I've seen him over 10 times in the past year or so due to my dried eyes and he has not only help and educate me about the problem but he also follows up. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. The staff their are also great and very friendly. They are on top of it!

(August 23, 2013, 10:29 am)Great atmosphere...simple, modern and efficient. Customer service was wonderful. Everyone was genuinely friendly. Dr. Phan was really knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and explain what’s going on with your vision. Definitely 5 stars all around!
