  In my opinion this is a great gym, it’s got plenty of machine and free weights, not always super busy so everything is open to use I especially love the turf inside and the boxing equipment in there. Dre is who I usually see in there and he’ll help you out in any way.

  Dre is a GREAT trainer and an even better person, you dont have to be a hard body to go here, ive never worked out and not in best shape. Hes patient and will help you to your goals.

  Been going here since it first opened. Constantly improving the environment, second to none personal training. Lots of different machines, knowledgeable staff always there to help. Great rates for membership too.
