Good location, over all clean rooms, lobby has a few little cute nooks to relax in. The rooftop bar is not a place to hang out with friends, more of a quiet date night atmosphere. They don't have pool, jacuzzi or any type of parking (except $40 valet) so that stinks especially being in Arizona since it's so hot.
Overall still a great place to stay!

We spent one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown recently. This was our second stay at this hotel in the last few years. The previous visit was very good with one exception -- the quality and service of the breakfast service. Well, I'll tell you now that has been corrected -- and corrected very well! Kudos to the management for offering what is now a very good and tasty breakfast service in the hotel.

However, what about the rest of our stay? Ah, yes, just ideal. First, the location of the hotel in The Professional Building provides a natural setting of class, traditional architecture, and a posh environment. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed on the 12th floor. Great views, by the way. Besides breakfast, we visited the bar the evening prior for snacks and drinks. Great service and flavors all around.

Overall, this is one of the best Hilton Garden Inn hotels I've had the pleasure to visit. We'll definitely return as it's well worth the visit - and to enjoy the great downtown Phoenix scene!

The hotel staff is really nice, professional and helpful. The lobby is awesome! I LOVE the chairs and the intimate seating with the fireplace setting. I also like how they kept all the original trimming on the front doors and elevators, but upgraded the rooms. I would recommend for sure.
