They all truly want you to be happy with the outcome. I’m amazed at how beautiful both of our bathrooms look. It is day and night. If I need anything else done I will be calling Expo Home.

Every morning, my husband and I look forward to stepping into our beautiful, new, custom shower, expertly remodeled for us by the craftsmen at the heart, the core, of Expo Home Improvement. After choosing from the quality options for our shower walls, floor, and glass, our project started well. Soon, though, we began to encounter glitches in different aspects of the process. As the glitches began to pile up, our project manager brought in Toni Young, Expo’s Director of Customer Experience. We saw immediately that Toni is professional, capable, resourceful, and would see to it that our shower was finished in as timely way as possible, while upholding the quality that Expo promises and stands behind. Clearly, Toni took the matter personally. She very naturally connected with us, and she demonstrated genuine concern for our issues. From the moment she came into the picture, we knew we were in good hands. With her quiet dignity and expert management, Toni saw to it that our project got back on track, communicating with us at every step as it lprogressed to completion. No detail or aspect was overlooked. We couldn’t be more pleased with our exquisite new shower.

I replaced all 26 windows in my home. I highly recommend Expo Home. My Installers, Martin and Carlos went above and beyond to make it a seamless install! I'm extremely pleased with the Del Mar window quality.

This is the second time I have used Bath Expo for bathroom remodeling and once again they did not disappoint. From my design consultant, Shawn to the customer service reps, installers and the Service Manager Eddie, the attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. There are so many services available and you never know what you get and even if they will show up. Bath Expo did everything they promised and more and I would use them again!
