I did that and knocked the price down by $78/mo plus got an extra 10 feet. When we went to pick up the new unit, she advised that we could convert our existing three 10x20 units to two 10x30 units at the online reservation price and save $600 a month in doing so. I have a bunch of junk, and the whole move took about maybe an hour. Things that I hadn't thought to pack were taped up and secured, you can tell they've been doing this for a while. “Everything arrived in good condition. The guys unloaded it very quickly and placed it in the apartment just where we wanted. They were even accommodating when some things wouldn't fit in my mother's apartment and had to be shifted to mine. And then, when I discovered I hadn't gotten a full unpack like I intended, they were able to do a full unpack (with the appropriate added charge of course) on the fly. Communication with the home office was good and I was very pleased and comfortable with the whole process. Moving is never easy, but they made it as painless as possible.”
