(December 22, 2020, 1:54 am)Without fail they always have what I need for a cross stitch project, which I use on the side for extra income. So usually I'm there in a huge rush and I don't think I've ever had to spend longer than like 5 minutes here. And they allow pets! Which is nice since my service dog retired but still likes to get out to see other places other than pet stores.

Amazing customer service. Worth sitting on hold for a bit because I knew he was looking very hard for something I tried to find at 2 other store and he found it! Made my day. Amazing manager. Amazing person. Amazing customer service.
