(September 3, 2020, 1:01 pm)First let me start off by saying the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful! I had trouble finding the wax center and she went out of her way to help me. The service was fast, clean, and friendly. Tina did my wax she was so informative and friendly(it was my first time). She talked me through the whole process I would highly recommend asking for her. Also, it doesn’t hurt as bad as people make it seem!!! I would rate it a 3/10.
(August 31, 2020, 10:14 pm)CUSTOMER SERVICE— 100%! When I came into this location on today, the environment was completely different. Shanice at the front desk was so kind and had such a pleasant demeanor, even over the phone when I called to check in. (Total upgrade from what I’ve experienced before with the front desk.) She made my day. Very satisfied with my waxing service on today as well. Thanks ladies! I will be back!
