The Gates of Cedar Hill Apartments

To the Management and staff of the Gates of Cedarhill , you guys ROCK I’ve been a resident for 7 years now and I’m very pleased , you guys make sure all request are handle with the utmost here at the Gates , I know the weather was out of your control but, I struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis and have good and bad days , but this weather does not help me , I’m however Thankful to have water and power during this storm, thank you again for your great management staff God Bless .

The gates was my absolutely best experience in apartment living. The staff was friendly and made a point to remember you by name. They are all very professional, including maintenance. The property is well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. I lived at the gates for almost 2 years and would have stayed if I didn't have to relocate to another state. They were highly recommended to me and did not disappoint.

I have lived her for a couple of months now and I haven't had a single issue that wasn't resolved immediately! The office staff seems to be on the same page about things. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! Just about everything that was wrong when I moved in (minor stuff like sockets not working, closet door not closing, etc) was immediately fixed. I had an eye sore of a tree and they cut it down. They are always friendly and responsive! This is an amazing place to live and quiet. P.S. I haven't had a single maintenance request take more than 48 hours to fill.
