“I had her see my daughter, because my house was full of medications that were being prescribed for my baby that she never took because some made her feeling like a zombie with her symptoms still there. I was so impressed because she was very thorough and was not just about giving her medications which her previous psychiatrist was doing. I remember her telling me this with her beautiful accent "we are going to add therapy because medications sometimes may not be the fix" well anyway she have slowly reduced my baby from 5 different medications to 2 with therapy. My daughter is feeling good, less anxious, less depressed and actually is doing so many things she did not have interest in doing for years. I text her whenever we have questions and she responds. Magdalene is amazing.”

“This clinic is so good! The staff are very helpful, the MA’s do great job so do the MOA’s informing me of what the wait is for walk-ins. When you are new most clinics make you change the PCP outside in your car but they didn’t, they passed me to a room and attend me after changing it. The providers are great they care about my children and they answer all my questions. Really recommend this place. They greet us and setup everything for our appointments !!!??????”

“My experience with this office is mediocre. Dr Yeary was my previous Dr and now Dr Wayhs. Dr Wayhs is great with examinations and treatment. My issue is when my specialty drs send her follow up tests and I don’t hear anything from her. Primary Care Dr’s should be combined and updated with every physician their patient is seeing. Other than this, I don’t have a problem with the group. I do though, have. An issue with the phlebotomist!!! She’s not pleasant and rude! I mentioned to her that my veins were jumpy and deep. Her response ‘ You’re doing too much, let me just do this’ what??? And never greeted me or said hello. First off, she’s working and has a job because of the patients!! I don’t understand the demeanor and attitude of people working in healthcare who are suppose to be there to care for people! I work in healthcare and my employer would never let me work with such horrible ethics. Nor would I work with people acting this way. The phlebotomist needs to adjust her personality towards the patients coming to this group!!!! Or Go!!”
