“My experience with this office is mediocre. Dr Yeary was my previous Dr and now Dr Wayhs. Dr Wayhs is great with examinations and treatment. My issue is when my specialty drs send her follow up tests and I don’t hear anything from her. Primary Care Dr’s should be combined and updated with every physician their patient is seeing. Other than this, I don’t have a problem with the group. I do though, have. An issue with the phlebotomist!!! She’s not pleasant and rude! I mentioned to her that my veins were jumpy and deep. Her response ‘ You’re doing too much, let me just do this’ what??? And never greeted me or said hello. First off, she’s working and has a job because of the patients!! I don’t understand the demeanor and attitude of people working in healthcare who are suppose to be there to care for people! I work in healthcare and my employer would never let me work with such horrible ethics. Nor would I work with people acting this way. The phlebotomist needs to adjust her personality towards the patients coming to this group!!!! Or Go!!”

“My family just left Shine Dental Care and I would deffinatly recommend to anyone with kids looking for a new dentist. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and the staff was amazing! The receptionist remembered the conversation we had which meant a lot to me. This was the first visit to a "grown up" dentist my 7 year old had. She loved her pediatric dentist but because of our insurance she could no longer go to him. My daughter was nervous before even waking through the door and the dental hygienist was just amazing with her! The doctor was also amazing and very good at quickly pulling a stacked baby tooth. I have to apologize for making her the "bad guy" and asking her to pull it visit one. The doctor pointed out a problem tooth and recommended an orthodontist, both problem areas we were anticipating. I have a real fear of the dentist and can always spot someone taking advantage. This office is professional and honest, a place you can trust. I will be making my own appointment soon!”
