Then one day when I came to work she asked me if I been getting her text and I said no she said I been texting you and you haven’t been texting back I was like well I haven’t got nothing and even showed her so I was like are you sure you didn’t block my number ??? Well Unfortunately my number was blocked and she acted like she didn’t do it.... and blamed it on a Aide !!! Then a couple of times I texted I would get a message saying who is this ???? Like really that’s childish”

They went above and beyond to provide exceptional care for him and others as well. I witnessed the residents here being taking care of very well. Everyone was always so friendly and cheerful, always a joy to see the interaction. This is truly a resident-centered community. Also a very family oriented environment. I can't say anough about the staff here. They are fabulous! They treat everyone like family, with dignity and respect. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to care for their loved one to check this community out!”

“Graceful Arms is truely an answer to prayer. I was no longer able to meet my mother's needs at my home and was searching for somewhere that could. I was under a lot of stress and my mom was in a "skilled nurseing facility" where I had to be every day just to make sure they would get her on or off a bed pan and brought her food that she could eat. Then I met Rhonda and her caring loving staff. My mom had a great room and such great care. My worries went away. Even though my mother's health declined and she passed away, I couldn't asked for a better place where she and the other ladies there are cared for. She had hospice the at the end and her passing was so peaceful. Thank you Rhonda for the love and care you and your staff gave to my mom and me. I have asked to put in a reservation for myself when I get to that point in my life. Thank you for doing what you and your staff do.”
