  Renee was very helpful with our choice to choose Estates of Coppell as our new home. She was very upfront about everything and was willing to move some mountains and help us to overcome some obstacles in order to be able to move in. Anytime we wanted to visit the property she was more than willing to allow us the opportunity just so everything was comfortable for us. We got the place we wanted in the area we wanted and because I am a veteran she made sure to show her support as well! Darla was very helpful in making sure the place is make ready and ready to aquire. The service is excellent!

  My wife and I visited the office after 2 days of looking at a new place to live since we sold our home. We saw so many and they all started looking the same and not one that made us feel welcome until we got to Estates. When we went in, a lady met us at the door named Carrie. She was very excited that we were there (unlike the majority of the places we had already visited). She listened and asked a lot of questions. She took us to two places with totally different styles of lay out. When we got into each one, she remembered what was important to us and pointed out the details on each one. Both of them were very nice. Very clean and both were actual homes we would take vs the majority that only were model homes. After we got back to the office, she didn’t ask if we wanted to apply, she pulled an application and handed me a pen. She turned to my wife and said. “which one made you happy?”

  Lived here three years. Old ladies are pretty picky about parking on the street in front of your own home but me and my neighbor friend just flip them off and tell them to have a nice day. Other than the aging cranky old women it’s a great place to live for definitely for new families. I have a two 1/2 y.o. It’s safe to play outside I would suggest getting a sign for when your kids play though because some of these idiotic-morons come around these corners like they’re in one of the Fast movies.

  The people in the office are caddy and profile the hell out of you if you look a little different. Very judgemental. For instance- i had some close friends come by, (tattooed, pierced) and we got stared up and down as I showed them the pool and used the restroom. It was ridiculous. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. Wish there was more grass in the yard but great property and design. Almost all town homes are designed differently inside. Makes it interesting. Other than some of the PEOPLE. I like it here for my family. It’s kid friendly. Lots of young children. Great place to raise a family.

My husband and I lived at the Estates of Coppell Townhomes and decided to go buy a home so that we could settle down. We met with them about what it would look like to break a lease with them because we wanted to budget if there were fees. They said all we owed was our rent for while we were there, so we moved out the end of August.
