I’ve been seeing Elise for a few years now and I can honestly say that her therapy has been without a doubt transformative in my life. I rave consistently about Elise and have recommended many people to her. She is brilliant, honest, kind, down to earth and funny. While therapy can often bring a lot of things that can be quite painful, I always leave feeling accomplished by the work that was done in therapy. Among the many things I love about her one of is how she is able to balance truth with love - she’s willing to be that mirror you need her to be while still ensuring the space is safe and brave for you to face your pain and past. She empowers you to be your best and fullest self. I’m so grateful that I found her and know that I wouldn’t be at this point in my journey without her.

I see Elise and she is fantastic! I struggled to find a therapist I found helpful until I met her. This stuff is not easy for me. She is so down to earth. She seems highly knowledgeable but doesn't come off as pretentious, and has a way of explaining something that just makes it click for me. Highly recommend!
I have seen Elise off and on for several years. After numerous counselors I have found that Elise is by far the most competent, compassionate yet tough therapist I have ever seen (and theres been plenty). I highly recommend her should you be looking.
