  After 2 years, the bank customer service has improved.
  After being with this bank for 9 months after conversion from Citi to BBT.
  This review is for online or customer services. The customer service is slow and the representatives don't have much knowledge of how to resolve issues easily.
  This Coppell bank employees are eager to help but can only open/close account, deposit/withdraw money from account and access the safety boxes. Other issues have to be via phone support.
  I am working on changing my personal account.

  Once all changes from CitiBank to BB&T completed and newness stabilized I am pleased with the help they offered us through our struggles to learn the various serves and how to use some of them. People service at this location and two near my home in Garland have very carrying service reps. Thank you
