(May 5, 2022, 11:41 am)I had a chance to explore the entire Andy Brown Park system while I was in town. I was very impressed by how interconnected it was and the sheer size of some of the open spaces (particularly around the gazebos and the sport facilities). I usually don't think of parks when I think of the Dallas area, but Coppell pulls off walkability and open recreation very well. I felt respected as a pedestrian.

(June 23, 2019, 10:09 pm)Big open well maintained park with 3 ponds and a nearby Creek. Great walking trails with plenty of length. Be careful of snakes if you get close to the water. I have seen several and at least one copperhead. The big open field is great for flying a kite, moving a ball or throwing a pass. Also has a great playground nearby and a pool. Love this area of town.
