Tommy Tamale Market & Cafe

This is my second visit to Tommy tamale. Again pleased with my visit location was slow with about 3 people in it. Walked up to the counter and ordered my frito tamale bowl. I don't cone here often because the food would make me gain 300lbs so I try to go on special occasions.

I thought with all the inflation that the bowls would cost like 15 bucks due to going to the hamburger joints and paying an arm and a leg for a combo now, but it was only 10.99 for a bowl which was great. Place is good in a snap. location is always clean and not far from my apartment. Keep up to good service and food.

The single beef tamale bowl is great and filling! The staff is friendly and efficient! I've been enjoying this dish for several years and was never disappointed!

The kitchen service was very fast and convenient. The menu was very easy to read. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The food was accurate, hot and delicious. The tamales were a bit small, about 2 fingers wide but were moist and delicious. The cheese and chili sauces were tasty. It was a very good experience. I will return.

My husband and I had a great dinner here. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the tamale pie and my husband ordered a tamale plate. The food was great. The queso has a good kick to it as well. Will be returning as well as ordering tamales for the holidays.

This is the first time here, will definitely be back. The food was packing with flavor. I got the 2 tamales (1 beef; 1 chicken) with beans & rice. Came with some salsa.
