My wife immediately called this location and the man on the phone was an angel he told her what happened and was able to waive the fee since We had never had it happened before. As a young family with 2 kids this was such a blessing and my wife literally started crying. I love this bank and it’s always proven to me why I’ve stayed with every encounter I have!
