Best staffed pharmacy ever and there are 2 drugstores within 5 miles! The Pharmacists & the techs are incredibly helpful, empathetic and patient. Always willing to help me find the best options for my pharmacy items and the durable medical equipment that my family relies on. They're always willing to go the extra mile to help and when you depend on pharmaceuticals, such service is truly priceless.
Great service! Found a hard to get medication here while on vacation. Seemless with my doctors office sending the prescription and my information and was ready when I got into town. Quick check out and friendly staff.
I almost feel bad sharing this review because it seems like the best hidden secret for those of us who need prescription medication in the area. I highly advise anyone stuck with the other options; at least in Coppell to check market street out and see if they take your insurance.
Recently Nasser, a pharmacy tech helped me save money on an expensive prescription and told me how to do the same in the future. The customer service from him and the rest of the staff have been above and beyond any other pharmacy I've used over the years.
Excellent staff that takes the time to learn patients by name and recognize their community.
Kent and Bintha are incredibly talented at what they do and their support staff is always keenly interested in supporting their customers with a high degree of professionalism and camaraderie.
While their cost of prescriptions may run a bit more on selected drugs, the outstanding customer service and the fact that I'm not just another patient makes all the difference in the world to me. The amount of empathy displayed here is immeasurable and is probably the biggest reason I don't bother with chain stores to handle my prescriptions.
