  This is intense workout. For someone who is not in shape, i recommend you let the trainers know that you cannot go full intensity

  Best workout I’ve ever had! No waiting on class times. New workouts daily so you’re never bored. Th trainers are really nice and knowledgeable.

  I love that I can go on my schedule. No need to plan around class times. It's super fun and empowering. But, the best part is the trainers. They make sure you know what you're doing, teaching you everys tep of the way, they're a lot of fun and very motivating. You feel like you're getting personal training even when the gym is full. Best workout/gym experience I've had.

  I really Love this workout it is addictive! The trainers are great and make it a lot of fun. A very effective workout in just 30 minutes!

  I am an avid 9Rounder and was travelling for work in Texas, so I decided to drop in to the 9Round in Coppell for a workout. They welcomed me with open arms, and Nick provided an awesome workout. Very friendly and motivating staff and environment. I highlight recommend it!
