  Dr. Hall has been such a blessing to my health. She is attentive, patient and thorough. She truly gets to the root of the issue to solve any problem I am having. I love my visits at Kairos Chiropractic!

  December 29th 2021 I suffered a severe concussion. Later, on a separate occasion: I nearly broke my neck during a fall. I knew in order to get back to a semi-normal life (ideally where I can participate in sports again) I would need to heal my neck. I thought I had done everything possible for my concussed brain at that point.
  
  Dr. Cara Hall took me from 0 to 100. I am left truly amazed. I am now entering an intense training phase of my sport after previously not even knowing if sports would even be possible again.. Interestingly, even the lingering side effects of my concussion (which I did not initially ask Dr C to treat) are subsiding, even my EYESIGHT which was affected by the concussion improved!
  
  Overall, I am obviously highly satisfied with my experience here and thought it right to make this kind of story more public. I hope you find my experience useful in deciding your healthcare provider. She also employs some interesting tech for high performing athletes if that's more to your needs.

  Dr Cara Hall is absolutely amazing to work with! Her personal attention to my well-being and health is top notch, she is caring and passionate and very knowledgeable. She has worked magic with my back issues and has kept me moving and able to live life again after debilitating pain. I highly recommend anyone looking for injury help or ongoing pain management to visit Kairos, it will be life changing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I feel like family each time I visit.

  Since moving to a new state, my pains have come back strong. I am skeptical of anyone being able to actually help me as I never felt like previous chiropractors understood what I was feeling and put in the work with me. I am beyond happy to have found Dr. C, and so close to home! Though I would drive pretty far to go see her if I wasn't so close. It is immediately noticeable that she know anatomy, she listens and she takes the time necessary to help heal. I can't recommend her enough. Also, Nikki at the front office is so so sweet too. Anyway, I'm forever yours hehe

  So recently I’ve been experiencing sciatica problems along with neck and shoulder pain, so I finally decided to seek help. I googled chiropractors and came across Kairos Chiropractic and made an appointment. I was seen by Dr. Cara who immediately came across as passionate about helping me. She was funny, knowledgeable and so kind. She totally made me feel heard and my issues would soon be taken care of. Thank you Dr. C and Nikki for making me feel very welcomed and cared for.
