  I've had chronic neck pain for nearly 2 years which wasn't resolved with standard chiro care or other methods I tried. I had become resigned that I may experience this pain permanently. I entered the new year with fresh resolve to find a solution and found Airrosti and Dr. Cain. I've had 2 visits and absolutely feel significant improvement. You do need to commit to keeping up with simple daily exercises at home, but it's well worth the effort. I highly recommend.

  My Airrosti experience with Dr. Cain and Sarah was incredible! As an athlete, it is extremely important to recover quickly when I get injured or pull a muscle, and that is just what Airrosti has done for me. Airrosti has helped me over the years with many different sports injuries including a sprained ankle, pulled hip flexor, knee pain, and back pain. Every time I came in to get checked out I was able to get back to complete normal activity within a week of coming in. Airrosti offers a very quick recovery time which pleasantly surprises me every time! I find myself thinking, "Wow, that actually worked!!! I am free from pain after just 1-2 visits after dealing with the pain for so long!" Dr. Cain is amazing at what he does! He always finds the source of the problem and then works with the patient to get back to maximum mobility and get rid of the pain! I am so grateful for Airrosti and highly recommend Dr. Cain and Sarah at Airrosti.

  Trainers at my son's school diagnosed his knee pain as tendonitis -- he is a cross country runner. I took him into Dr. Cain soon after the knee pain started. Within two sessions (along with following Dr. Cain's plan of specific exercises, stretches and icing) he was better and able to run in his next race.

  Unbelievable results! I went in, thinking I needed x-rays and surgery on my shoulder and came out of the experience glad that I didn't really need either one of them. Before you go down that path, check out Airrosti. Dr Cain and Sarah Vlach were amazing and do tremendous work there.

  Dr. Cain is great! I was having an issue and went in to get some help. He was able to find what the issue was and help me improve.
  Certainly recommend Dr. Cain and Airrosti for anyone who moves and needs help moving better.
