    Came here from GA for work, found this place, jumped right in.
    Kurt and his crew here are awesome!! really welcoming and friendly.
    Equipment is all new, super clean and tidy space. Loved the workouts, Gave me something to look forward to everyday after work, I will def come back next time I'm here. Well done Kurt and Adair.

    Absolutely awesome gym, coaches, and members! They're the best for three reasons: 1) I'm still going after eight months. The coaches are always positive and their enthusiasm is contagious. And the members are welcoming and super supportive. 2) I'm stronger than I was ten years ago. The coaches do a great job of pushing me to get better without overdoing it. They seem to sense when people need to be pushed or need a break. 3) I think I'll be able to do CrossFit without injury for a long time with SLC. The coaches are constantly drilling safe technique and they're very good about helping us reach our limits without going over. Seriously - a membership will be the best money you spend all month!

    Stopped by from New York City for a week with having been to several dozen CrossFit boxes over the last couple of years:

    Excellent new facility, easy to drop in, very good hours and pricing, very motivated and knowledgeable coaching staff (thank you Kurt!!) - 5 stars all around!

    I have been fortunate enough to visit over 200 gyms in my travels. This is one I would recommend to anyone. Super nice owners, and the facility is amazing. If I was local, I would love to have this as my home gym.

    Dropped in at Sandy Lake CrossFit today and it was a great gym! The owner coached the class and was super knowledgeable and helpful. Members were nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and it overall was a great workout! Would definitely recommend.
