I had a good experience with them. I don't know about other reviews, But, my Kia sorento got accident in 2017 and able to find them to fix it. They came all the way from Dallas to McKinney to pickup the car. They handled all the claim and waived my deductibles and drop off my car at my house with some cash to make my holiday happy. :)

Such an amazing shop I took my car here about a week ago and it looks beautiful like factory again I have a 2016 Dodge charger it was hit in the doors and the fender on the right side I come back to the shop a week and a half later and my car looks brand new and they saved me about $500 because they waived my deductible. Best shop ever hands down

Great experience overall I have a 2014 BMW 740IL my deductible was $500 and they completely waived it! And I got $200 in my pocket For the holidays I took my car to service king they wanted my deductible and I couldn't afford it then I went over to classic city where a friend referred me and they did an amazing job in a little over a week! I'm very satisfied thanks again classic city!

I have a 2013 Honda Civic that sustained a lot of damage from the hail storm in Wylie a few weeks ago and decided to use Classic City. I have to say I just picked up the car and it looks perfect. Almost every panel had damage and both the front and back windshield had to be replaced. When I picked up the car he went over the whole car with me. I have a second vehicle which is my truck and I will be filing a claim and taking that one to him too. Very pleased.
