She has been doing my eyebrows for 5 years and has transformed me from patchy over plucked eyebrows to eyebrows that compliment my bone structure and make me feel beautiful. Y’all I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time! She is amazing sweet, gave me tips on hair growth, and actually cares about each individual client. Every appointment I have I’m greeted warmly, if I’m cold I’m offered a blanket, and to top it all off with new services that make me nervous like lash lifts/tints. (I’m a anxious person in general) She takes her time to explain in detail what she is doing and makes sure I am comfortable the entire time. My lashes have never looked so curled and beautiful WITHOUT MASCARA. That alone is amazing because I’m a mascara freak. She has also given great tips on skincare and my little acne has gotten better. I have had other professionals that just sit you down, get your service done, collect your payment, and you leave without any true connection. Mercedes doesn’t makes me feel like I’m just another body in a chair but a friend she cares about. I will continue to drive from Austin to her for great services and tips.
