  Boulevardier is a gem of a restaurant in Oak Cliff - well done food, cocktails and a decent wine and beer list in a laid back and accessible environment. While the prices are definitely fine dining, the atmosphere is more casual. So I think if you're looking for a specifically fine dining experience or casual cheaper eats, you might be surprised by this place. Our waitress was great and clearly knew her food and beverages, including pairings, but I could tell that not all the waiters were as seasoned (although very friendly and attentive) and was glad to have the one we did.

  Delicious food! The mussels appetizer had a delicious broth that we completely finished. The flavor if the rack of lamb was amazing and we couldn't get enough for the fingerling potatoes.

  We had dinner here tonight. Food was delicious there was NO waiting time. Service was friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely want to eat there again.

  I can't help but rave about this place! The food is so amazing. Fresh raw oysters. Bone marrow, and steaks that make you cry in happiness! The waitress we had was amazing! We had two small issues, one with food being cold and the other not having the brandy we wanted (we got something better instead thanks to her) and she removed both items from our ticket for the inconvenience! Wow!!! I can't wait to come back.

(214) 942-1828. I don't know. I thought I had this place pegged-- a solid three or four stars. Boulevardier is a nice little tucked away gem in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas/Oak Cliff. In terms of food I can only speak on behalf of the dessert, and it was pretty good.
