  Office team has improved. Eric is always so helpful. The manager reached out to offer me a great rate to stay until 2020. Lots of work being done around here. You will like living here.

  My boyfriend has been living here for 4 years now and I recently joined him. The experience has been breath taking as the staff is friendly . The previous staff was lazy and rude. We attended the clubhouse function and met great neighbors. We are minutes from our jobs and a plus is the bars. Manager is a doll and super friendly. We are making this our home from some years.

  Where do I start with this community. I moved from out of state sight unseen and this is by far the best place downtown Dallas. Yessika the property manager is by far the best ever this lady will literally go out of her way to make sure that you have the best experience on her property. Second in command is Taneshia she is also great if one is not in the office they all connect and make sure that you are taken care off. And last but not least the two leasing agents Erika and Eric soon as you walk in the front these two make sure the atmosphere is in complete order because they greet you and are ready and willing to help everyone. This is by far one of the best crews around and you will absolutely love it here. Thank each and everyone of you for a wonderful experience here at Atera.

  Place is nice, good updates, friendly office people. I don’t normally go off reviews but have witness people put negativity due to rent late or things of there fault. Price for location is by far the best on Cedars. The strip is awesome at nice.

  I have been living in Atera apartments for close to four years. I love my actual apartment. It is home to me. Other things I enjoy here are the two pools, the fitness center, the large dog park area and the new parcel lockers. Atera is conveniently located within walking distance of two grocery stores and the Oak Lawn Library.
  
  As a renter, having a good landlord/leasing agent/property manager is very important. Unprofessional, rude staff can make the rental experience unpleasant – even for such a nice place as Atera.
  
  We are very lucky to have a new property manager here. Yessika Gonzalez has been here since September 7, 2018. I have had the opportunity to work closely with her on a couple of issues. The issues were resolved to my satisfaction quickly and with cordiality.
  
  So, now, along with the nice apartment, the amenities and the proximity to places I go, I can include the property manager in a list of things I like about Atera.
