  I have been so excited with the coaching that I have received with Warren, and his team. Since day 1 had a feeling this was going to work for me. After struggling with different diets, and workout plans that didn't really work for me I knew something needed to change. I was introduced to BAB fitness through my job, and when I say the first workout session was amazing it really was. Immediately after the workout we all felt the burn. Warren worked with me, and gave me a personalized meal plan based on my goals along with a workout plan. I stuck with the meal plan, and followed it exactly the way I was instructed. I was AMAZED when I saw the scale drop 8lbs in just one week. Two and a half weeks into the program I was down 10lbs. Honestly joining his team was one of the best decisions I made. Thank you Team BAB!!!

  BAB Fitness has really taken my fitness to the next level. I have lost over 20 pounds. I recently rode in the MS 150, Houston to Austin bicycle ride. This is a 2 day event that had hills and a strong headwind on day 2. I attribute the squats that have been completed in class to getting through day 2. This class is for all levels of fitness. There are modifiers for each exercise. Warren is awesome and keeps everybody motivated and encouraged throughout class. If you are looking to get back into shape, or get in better shape, look no further than BAB Fitness!!

  This fitness experience is the BEST I have ever had !!! It is not just a class, but a journey with your trainer. Warren meets with you to discuss your goals and modifies your workout to fit you. He is with you every step of the way. I have been working with him for about 3 months and am losing weight and gaining lean muscle. With Warren by my side, I know I am well on my way to achieving the goals I have set out for myself. I highly recommend his class !!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

  We have partnered with BAB for over a year now to provide our employees with a fitness class and its been a huge success. Our employees love that it fits into their day by being only 30 minutes long while at the same time providing them with what feels like a full hour workout.
