Enterprise Rent-A-Car

First Rental experience, and defiantly not my last through enterprise. The shuttle was fast to arrive from DAL. The service rep was extremely fast and polite especially for labor day weekend. I showed her ID and proof of insurance as was taken right to my car! I rented a Intermediate class vehicle and was presented with a Dodge Dart. Very clean and the A/C was already running and ready for me to go. Enterprise of DAL was an amazing. Their customer service was phenomenal, even the return clerk was in a positive mood! Will do business again!

My last minute decision to rent a car while on a mini vacation turned out to be a great decision. I had a bit of a wait picking up my car in spite of an appointment. But once I finally got to the front and started the process it was fast and easy. I even got a free upgrade. The drop off process was even easier and significantly faster. I will definitely use Enterprise again. Great job Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

I rented a car a Dallas Love Airport. My family arrived late at night, and were greeted by a pleasant staff. The process was easy and efficient. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that we caught the last shuttle and it was packed and uncomfortable. It seems like the rental car companies could have predicted the needs at the time based on the flight and the number of people who had rental car reservations.

We had such an easy and fast experience. Sometimes how long it takes can depend on the number of people in line ahead of you, which Enterprise cannot control, and I understand that. We were lucky to have a short line at the airline terminal where we checked in and after taking the Shuttle to the off site car lot, were able to join an expedited line. Very friendly and competent staff at both locations. No pressure to buy extra insurance. Super easy drop off. A staff member was in the drop-off lot with a little device that took care of the return and printed out a receipt. I will definitely choose Enterprise in the future. And Enterprise is still a family owned company and that is another thing I value.
