  I wish all service centers were like this--- you arrive and they greet you and are ready to help. The team is amazing - personable, professional and efficient. Very attentively intake, loaner was ready and I was out in no time. Got ample notifications

  The center is an interesting spot right in front of Lovefield airport so it is busy! The streets are not the widest and there have been a lot of repairs and construction going on. Take it easy and give yourself a few extra minutes to make your appointment in case of traffic. The center itself is well taken care of and easy to spot.
  
  The staff here has always been friendly and very helpful. We picked up our car at this location about a year and a half ago, and we return for maintenance every so often. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable about the cars. If they don't know something, they find out for you. When our car was down for a bit, they loaned us the vehicle we requested without any issue which my family really appreciated.

  Out of over a dozen car purchases throughout my life, this is by far the best purchase and delivery experience I've had bar none. Who knew buying a car could be a pleasant experience!? Everything was absolutely perfect with the car when picked up: completely clean and polished inside and out, fully charged, outstanding fit and finish with zero defects noted (and I am very attuned to details). Everyone at Tesla is friendly, professional, helpful and a joy to interact with. Eric handled my orientation and delivery and is absolutely outstanding! Highly recommended. I procrastinated for a long time before jumping in the pool and buying a Tesla. Wish I had done it much sooner! The feel and driving quality of the Model 3 is simply amazing and difficult to put into words--you have to experience it. Thanks Tesla Dallas for making my delivery experience a 10 out of 10!
