The Parking Spot 1

This is the first time that I have used Parking Spot. They made it easy for me (even with construction in the area)! I and my car were well cared for, and I especially appreciated the right ride to my car and the driver waiting until I was in before leaving. They cared for me and the price was acceptable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

This was my first experience flying out of a city that I had recently move to, and I was concerned about making time consuming mistakes. I was concerned for nought. I had downloaded my reservation and as I drove into the lot a friendly young lady waved me on, scanned, my phone code and gave me instructions using the least amount of words. I liked that. There were signs everywhere directing me to shuttle pick up. The pick up was at my parked car, no walking to a centralized location! I was also given a card describing my location for my return shuttle trip.
I use technology as often as possible and when it was time to pay in full I was able to pay at a kiosk. Smooth, smooth operation from beginning to end.

Making a reservation on-line was problematic on my computer, because the form kept requiring a AAA number even though I am not a AAA member. I was unsuccessful, so my wife finally made the reservation on her computer. We like The Parking Spot 1 at Love Field because it is very easy to get in and out of, close by, provides covered parking, reasonably priced, and the shuttles run frequently to and from the airport. It's our favorite place to park. 4 out of 5 stars, only because of the problems making the on-line reservation.

Recently had the opportunity to try this place. The parking area is very close to the love field airport and the process is so simple and effortless. You book the spot online, drive up on the designated date, the lot agents greet you and check you in via your ticket. You just follow the signs in the lot and park anywhere allotted. It's covered parking so it's a nice added layer of protection living under the unpredictable Texas weather :)

Once you park, you most likely may have either been tailed by the shuttle bus or you'll find one not 10 feet away. The drivers will help you in, write down your parking spot info on a card and drop you off right at the airport. Upon your return, you can hand the shuttle driver your card and they will drop you off right in front of your parked car and will assist you with your luggage. The shuttle drivers are super professional and helpful.

Highly recommend this place! Will definitely use again when traveling in the near future!!

Perfect from check in to check out! We parked our SUV at the covered site for 8 days. We really appreciated the quick shuttle service to the airport and pick up from the airport upon our return home
and our vehicle was fine, just as we had left it.
Also, (even though this may not seem like much) I thought it to be a nice touch of added customer service, to give the cold bottles of water at the checkout booth! I will definitely be using this place for my future travel parking needs!
