(April 25, 2023, 8:55 am)Had to go pick up a chair for a friend that needed it right away. Delivery was going to take too long. Guys at the warehouse were helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a large number of people picking up so things moved quickly. It’s not exactly obvious where to go but you proceed to the east side of the building to the loading docks. Signs tell you what to do from there. The guys shrink wrapped and loaded the chair quickly and we were on our way.

(September 2, 2021, 10:47 pm)Picked up my new recliner! Manuel who was working the customer service counter was amazing. He was friendly, fast, and literally multi tasked with three of us picking up. He opened the box up for me to check out the recliner and then taped it all back up neatly. Give Manuel a raise, he is a hard worker in extreme heat conditions since your warehouse is not air conditioned. Thank you again Manuel!!!

(August 14, 2021, 1:23 pm)We picked up our rocking recliners from this warehouse. Staff are very attentive, hard workers. There were several people in line but the guys are very organized and were super fast loading everyone all the while being very diligent not to cause damage to the merchandise or the various vehicles.

(August 8, 2019, 6:08 pm)Came here to pick up our recliner we purchased from a store in Dallas. Pickup went really fast, super easy, and they helped me put it in my car. I was super impressed, and very happy it didn't take more than 10 minutes!
