  I was so fortunate to have Gaby Traynor as my sales representative. It was such a pleasant experience buying a car because I find the experience very stressful. Not this time. Gaby was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I wanted. She was welcoming and reassuring. I appreciate her kindness and honesty. She had the answer to every question I asked.   Working with Gabriella at Cowboy Toyota was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. She made us feel welcome from the start. We never felt like she was speaking a standard spiel in order to influence our thought processes. Best of all, Gabriella listened and responded to all of our questions, finding full and updated information in order to provide a more complete understanding of our options. In addition, everyone working at this dealership was friendly and helpful. I don't remember a better car-buying experience.

  Even though I had some trouble dealing with a couple of employees, but then Jacob from the service department was able to assist me and be very helpful! He was very nice and professional. And then I got a call from the owner and he was very professional about it as well and from the way he spoke to me, he definitely deserves a 5 star review! Thanks a lot Cowboy Toyota! Keep it up!

  I recently sold my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Cowboy Toyota after after finding them online. They offered me an extremely competitive and generous offer on the vehicle. The service offered by both Brad Allen and Kenneth Green was absolutely impeccable. They listened to my needs and worked the deal accordingly. They honored every single promise they made. The process was so quick and painless- I was honestly blown away. If you are in the market to purchase or sell vehicle in the DFW area this is the place to go.

  i Initially walked in to Toyota for a car appraisal and they knew we were not looking to buy and yet we got exceptional great service. We visited the dealership a few more times and every time we got better customer service. Once we decided to look into buying there she was Karen the fleet manager who greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately helped us. I love the way Karen sales her product, she tells you everything about the car without any fine print, Straight to the point. I wanted it to be like shopping for something you normally buy online. You choose what you want and then you check out.
  This transaction was so fast and when it came to closing the deal with Finance, that was even faster! I love it! I have never had an experience like the one I had last weekend. It was a rainy day and it was late in the day and they did not care about what time it was they just took care of us and we walked out happy. So happy we want to send everyone we know to Cowboy Toyota in Dallas.
